DEMOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS (Highlights)
The survey has strong support for the development of an indoor recreation center with a pool being an anchor component.
The demographics of the service area are consistent with those that would support an indoor facility with a high cost recovery rate.
The NSGA (National Sporting Goods Association) data illustrates a significant market for participation.
The NRPA (National Recreation & Park Association) data indicates that the population of the primary service area can support an indoor facility.
